Blancas team did a good job restoring 4 kitchen cabinet doors. Communication was excellent and timely. They delivered and Silbano is a hard working pro. I would hire him again for any remodeling project. I am happy with his work and recommend him.

Had a great experience with Blancas when they installed a wall in our space! They did an excellent job—super precise, sturdy, and finished everything beautifully. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we got, and there were no hidden fees. They were also responsive and easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure we were happy with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. If you need help with a construction project, I’d highly recommend them!

We are overjoyed with our new deck and stairs from Blancas General Contractors!! They tore down and hauled away our old rotten deck and stairs. They worked hard and strategically to rebuild the stairs and a level deck on our very un-level house built on a steep hill. They were very conscientious about details, cleaned up their mess every day, replied quickly to texts and emails, showed up every day when they said they would, and their price was very fair. We highly recommend Blancas General Contractors!

He is a scammer and fraudster. No one should go near this guy. He agreed to a price then unilaterally increase the price and hold you hostage. He wants to sue me for breach and put a lien on my house simply I refuse his changes in prices. He won’t give me receipts and he won’t return my down payment of $6000. Never trust this guy. Stay far far away. I hope the system will restore my faith in humanity. Really heart broken. Been scammed again by $6000.

Blancas General Contractor LLC's reply
Dear Susan, - [x] Your review is extremely dishonest. We have never had any problems with our clients as we are always trying our best to go above and beyond for them. If we were them we would expect the same. We love what we do and we take pride in every single thing we do no matter the size. Our clients mean the world to us and we would never do such a thing. Susan needed her deck replaced in her backyard both lower and upper she also needed us to include the materials since she didn’t have time which is ok with us we quote with or without materials. We quoted her and right off the bat she was ok with our price which was a bit odd I don’t think she sat down to even think about it. She was given the next steps, One of these would be reviewing and signing off our contract agreement she hesitated and mentioned there was no need for signatures she was told we would not continue working with her without a contract in between after all her and her husband signed the contract which she altered as well. She scribbled anything she did not like and listed her own rules. Keep in mind this is a elderly couple we wanted to help them in any way we could after all the “bad experiences” they talked about having with contractors in the past. We didn’t think much of it until now it all makes sense. Since contract was signed a deposit was required to purchase materials. The deposit received by Susan was not the correct amount which listed on the contract agreement for the Initial payment it was much less. She was told we needed to collect the deposit before getting started of course this was also a problem for her she did not agree and stated she would give us the deposit until after the demo was completed which was at the end of the first day as stated we wanted to help out this couple and told them it was ok. During the demo process we encountered that her joist was completely rotten and we recommended having them replace as it would not pass inspection. She hesitated and said if it was really necessary we said YES or else we would not continue, She agreed. We quoted her a fair price for the additional labor and additional material needed. She agreed. Next morning she emails us with her offer and how much she is willing to pay because our price was not reasonable according to her. We reached out to Susan to let her know we would not accept her offer obviously it was way too low so with that being said we would NOT move forward with her deck. We list the prices for a reason. Susan got really upset she asked for receipts, She put the project on hold and threatened us to not come near her property or else we would regret it. At this point we were over it, We had 2 projects on hold so this was a huge inconvenience for us. Of course Susan insisted in getting her deposit back right away which of course would go back to her but who would take the fall for the time and work already put in. Keep in mind Susan wanted a full deposit back without a dime taken out. The problem was Susan wanted to have her deposit in her hand that same day or she would reach out to the police, family friends including the media. That’s just absurd. Since varies materials were already bought and transported to her home we would return to store and wait for the refund to clear and give back her deposit as promised obviously the amount of the deposit was given back after subtracting all the work already completed. She was given a itemized report for each one of those charges. When this took place Susan kept asking for receipts. She told us we weren’t allowed to enter her property until we handed over the receipts, Out thought were “Why is she insisting on the receipts if the project has been called off? Susan was never hold hostage and she was never scammed either we would never risk our hard work for 6k. Also a lien was never placed but we could easily have, Something we don’t have the time for. We came to a conclusion that Susan wanted a free project and not only that but on top free materials she didn’t get it her way and she got upset.. It’s ok. Our clients and anyone who knows us personally knows that that is not the case. Thank you Susan.

We had an amazing experience working with Blancas!! They built us a lower deck and redid two sets of stairs for us. They both made the whole experience positive- from helping with the design, choosing and getting the best material, communicating along the way and the hard work in labor. It’s sweet they are a husband and wife team. We could not be more thrilled with our new deck! A few before during and lived in after photos. 🤗
