I contacted Marco for a complex construction project for my house and I was impressed with him, he had lots of ideas on how to improve the space and sometimes made me feel like he was talking about his own house, that really showed me he cares about the project, I'm planning on using him for this project and I will update this review on how the experience was but so far, If you are looking for a general contractor who will care, don't look further.

Our experience with Marco, our general contractor for our 1,000 square foot DADU project for my parents to live in was a good one. Marco met my expectations in communication, keeping us informed and never leaving us in the dark. As someone new to construction, I appreciated his patience and willingness to explain without any hint of condescension. When we encountered a problem we needed to fix, he was respectful and professional, and worked on solutions. The final product was beautiful and my parents are happy with their new home. Marco’s ability to keep us on budget was commendable, and his eye for aesthetics and his hardworking and genuine nature made the entire experience enjoyable. We never felt overcharged or taken advantage of, and this trust is invaluable in the construction industry. In summary, I recommend Marco for his focus on communication, budget management, and overall commitment to delivering results.

With the kids grown and out of the house, I figured this would be a good time to remodel my kitchen, dining area and living room. I’ve always been nervous about making any changes to my home but it was time. I chose genpro because of Marco. He was so patient, helpful and fair when it came to pricing and timeline. He took the time to explain everything to me and helped me with all the selections I needed to make for the project. He explained the differences between types of material and gave me design ideas as well. I thought it was going to be a big headache but Marco really made it simple for me. I can’t thank him and his crew enough for all the work they did and for making my home so beautiful.
