Ricardo and his team did an amazing job pouring our 20x10 slab. The work was done with great attention to detail — very clean, level, and exactly what we needed. I recently worked with Sean from Iconiq Construction on a garage remodel, where we added a room and a bathroom. The overall experience was fantastic, and I’m extremely happy with the final result. We got our concrete work and turf installation done through Iconiq. Overall, we had a good experience and are happy with the end results. Our contractor, Augustine, was very helpful and always reachable. There were a few bumps along the way, but in the end, end result looks great. They used good quality materials and did try to resolve any issues and hurdles that came up.
