Pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work. Estimates clearly outline labor and materials. There are no hidden fees, and any changes are discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs and budget. Then I provide a clear, written estimate and timeline. Once approved, I schedule the work, keep the customer updated throughout the project, and make sure everything is completed cleanly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal education in carpentry and construction, along with many years of hands-on field experience. I am a licensed general contractor and continuously stay updated with local building codes, safety standards, and best construction practices.
