I hired Melcham to remodel my 1950s pastel pink bathroom and they did an amazing job. It turned out exactly how I wanted to look. Cham and his team were punctual, respectful of my home and so quick! If it weren’t for tile delivery delays (at no fault to them), the bathroom could have probably been complete in less than 2 weeks. I would def use them for another remodel.

We hired Melcham to do a full bath remodel (minus demo and some odds and ends); and a stair railing/half-wall remodel in our entry. I have bulleted my impressions to get right to it. Quote/Payment process was very convenient. Melanie had good style suggestions and was very communicative. They started right on time after booking the date 6 weeks out. Pricing/value for end result was great. They worked super fast and hard. Very professional . Quality was good, particularly at value. Very responsive and fixed other issues left behind by previous contractors after painless change order. Trustworthy and photographed work as they went along for my records and piece of mind. Cleaned up very well. They also left a good impression by helping my wife (who was recovering from major foot surgery) by bringing groceries into the house while I was at work. All in all very happy. I’d give them a 4.9 out of 5 if I could for very minor issues and because nobody is perfect. But, we are in the process of looking to hire them again for a fireplace remodel and other projects, which is really the best endorsement. I will update if anything in the process changes. I have since referred them to family.

I had done the demo and rough plumbing work for a small basement remodel and realized I didn't have time to complete the project on my own. Melcham came and collected information about the project efficiently and provided a thorough statement of work. Melcham provided great support in the form of updating the statement of work and line items to adjust budget and expected work. They showed up promptly when scheduled, the work was detail oriented and high quality, and they got the job done efficiently.

I did my garage conversion project with Melcham home. My goal was to make a office and gym room. It involves putting three new windows on existing wall, which involves temporary support of the floor above and putting relatively long header given the size of the windows, also installed glass block. then there were a break of 1-2months due to their popularity. Once his team comes back, they did electrical works as putting recessed lights and switches. they installed two interior prehung doors. they made two closets. They changed existing garage sliding door into single door, which involves removal of existing siding and new framing. lastly, they installed wood floor and did trim works and painting. In the end, they made beautiful rooms in a garage area. I highly recommend Melanie and Cham for any remodeling project. Cham was very respectful and punctual, very easy to work with. Thank you for the excellent job!
