What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers can choose to do either a 1hr lesson, or choose a pack of lessons ranging from 4-8 lessons at a time. Discounts will be given to packs of lessons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first try and find out what exactly they're looking to improve on and what needs the most work. I can also provide help in buying equipment and accessories if need be and can provide additional discounts as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of playing competitive golf, as well as years of working and giving lessons at various golf courses
