Shawn, knew his technology and had a number of approaches to resolve my difficulties. He came prepared with alternative equipment in case it was needed and in this instance it it ended up being needed since it appeared to be the most economical avenue to take to get back up and running. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. As needed I will definitely call on him again.
