here some roof cleaning options:
#1 We begin by agitating any large clumps of moss Then, we blow of all the loose debris of the roof with a commercial-grade, backpack blower.
We clean all the debris from the inside of the gutters. We then apply granular zinc sulfate to the roof to control any remaining moss. Zinc sulfate is effective and won't harm your plants or siding. Rain and wind naturally wash away any remaining moss.
#2 soft wash this process is safe and very efficient for roof cleaning.

Pedro and his brother cleaned my roof and treated it for moss (even took before and after photos to show me.) Then they came back the next day and pressure washed my house, walkways, stairs, driveway, patio, picnic table, and fence. I have this work done every 3 years, but this is the first time I have used Pedro Bonilla.
They did a awesome job - best ever. They are professional, polite, courteous, pleasant, on time to the minute both days, well spoken, educated, outstanding customer service, excellent work, take credit cards as well as checks, clean-up is spotless, contacted me when they had a question, followed all my picky idiosyncrasies to the letter (e.g. saving a Columbine plant that had grown up in a walkway), accurate with their quote and the time it would take, competitively priced.
I will definitely hire them again next year and recommend them to my neighbors :) :) :)

The work crew arrived as scheduled, did a great job cleaning a complicated roof and gutters with many gables. The pressure washing of the cement deck and attached sidewalks came out looking like new. They had all of the equipment and expertise needed for this job and their performance was outstanding.

We were looking for gutter cleaning services on Thumbtack and ASAP Graffiti Removal & Pressure Washing was one company that came back with a bid.
Pedro provided us an estimate in his first email, and after calling him, we set up a meeting for later that week (that's what worked with my schedule).
Pedro & team came out to our house - they were early, began work after checking in with us/providing us a receipt and were finished in a flash.
They cleaned up our entire roof, took pictures to show us before and after, and cleaned up all of the debris that went into our yard from the roof.
It was such a pleasure to work with you Pedro. Thanks for your time!

These folks cleaned our roof and pressure washed our driveway and backyard pavers (over 2,000 sq ft). They were always on time, their quote was reasonable and fair and the workmanship was outstanding. I would certainly use this company again.

I hired Pedro to pressure wash the outside of my 2 story house and small patio deck. He arrive on time, moved all the patio furniture and plants (and put them back) and did a great job for a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend him!
