Services we provide: Local Moving (residential or commercial) Labor Packing / Unpacking Junk Removal Our services include: 18, 20, 24 and 26 foot Box Truck Team of 2, 3 or 4 movers Two wheel hand trucks Four wheel dollies Moving blankets Boxes Wardrobes Moving straps Unlimited shrink Tools for assembly / disassembly Piano board (by request) Packing materials (by request) Rates: Hourly rate + truck fee (please call / text us for details). No "heavy item fee", no "stairs fee", no "mileage fee", literally no other fees except hourly rate and truck fee. Minimum order is 2 hours and prorated rate of each 30 minutes after. We had a HUGE move and these guys handled it like champs. They were super kind, came over prior to walk our home and go through the process. Day of, they showed up on time, wrapped everything fragile carefully and worked around the clock to get the job done. It took them over 12 hours but they really were amazing!!! I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to move soon. They made our life easier and less stressful. Thank you to the whole crew!!!!!

I hired John Frank Movers for my move from West Seattle to Capitol Hill, and overall had a very positive experience. The crew arrived a little early (after calling to confirm that was okay), which I appreciated. They were professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. They handled everything from my apartment, made an additional stop at my storage unit, and then unloaded at the new place, including carrying several large and heavy items up three flights of narrow stairs. They were careful with my belongings and worked steadily the entire time. The move took longer than I initially expected. I had estimated around three hours, but the full job came out to about 5.5 hours. At $209/hour for a three-person crew plus the truck fee, the final cost was higher than I had planned for. That said, the extra time reflected the complexity of the move and the amount of work involved, and the team never rushed or cut corners. In the end, I felt the service was solid and professional, and the crew’s attitude and care made a stressful move go much more smoothly. If you value reliability and a hardworking team, they’re a good choice. Just be sure to budget realistically for the time your move may actually take.

John Frank Moving company, helped me move 2 heavy couches from my garage to the first floor, the couches were not able to make it up due to the length of the couch and the height of the ceiling. Both Aman and Marat, outsourced by lifting the couch over the balcony. I was amazed by their strength, willingness, and eagerness to get the job done all while maintaining professionalism, once they managed to get the couches up they went above and beyond and also set it up, removing the plastic and set up my pillows, and also helped take down any trash. These two gentlemen had outstanding work ethic.
