Services we provide: Local Moving (residential or commercial) Labor Packing / Unpacking Junk Removal Our services include: 18, 20, 24 and 26 foot Box Truck Team of 2, 3 or 4 movers Two wheel hand trucks Four wheel dollies Moving blankets Boxes Wardrobes Moving straps Unlimited shrink Tools for assembly / disassembly Piano board (by request) Packing materials (by request) Rates: Hourly rate + truck fee (please call / text us for details). No "heavy item fee", no "stairs fee", no "mileage fee", literally no other fees except hourly rate and truck fee. Minimum order is 2 hours and prorated rate of each 30 minutes after. Had a great experience with this moving crew. Alex and the team were professional, efficient, and handled everything with very little supervision needed from my side. They completed our move in about 3.5 hours, including dismantling and reassembling two bed frames, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They were careful with the furniture, worked quickly, and made what is usually a stressful day much easier. Best part for me was that the crew stayed focused throughout the move — no smoke breaks or unnecessary delays, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend them for a local move.

Dan and his helper ( I can not remember his name) helped me move from my apartment to another apartment. It was a fairly easy and quick move as I moved a lot of the small items myself and I pugred a lot before moving. They took care of and protected my items during the move. No damages to ether home. I was impressed by the no nonsense straight forward quote (because I called around to multiple places and I had just about given up), professionalism and courtesy from the point of my inquiry all the way to the finish point of the move. I had a really bad experience from another company in the past so my expectations were low, but this company exceeded my expectations! I will use them in the future and recommend to all I know in need of moving services!

I am very happy with the service provided by John Frank company. Russell and his colleague were very professional and were super-fast in moving my entire home (1b1b) within 2 hours. They took care of the furniture with proper wrapping and were moved intact without any damages. They were punctual and arrived on time as promised and charged exactly the amount they quoted without any last-minute surprises. I definitely recommend them.

I’m so glad we went with John Frank - from initial coordination by text with Dima to the (longer than expected) work that Dan and Stan (may have Stan’s name wrong) put in, everything went as smoothly as a move can. Even at the end of a long day, the team was willing to help my 85-year-old mom with one final furniture shift to get things the way she wanted. Hopefully no more moves in our near future, but would work with them again in a heartbeat.
