Working with John Frank moving company was honestly a pleasure. Such hard working (and fast) packers and movers. We had a glitch with the storage not being big enough and they patiently helped us work through it. We are very happy with their service. I hired them when another mover cancelled on me. They were very responsive to all my questions. The actual move was performed without any issues or miscommunications. I would hire them without any hesitation if and when I move again

Stan and Alex notified me that traffic would slow their arrival. I appreciated the heads up. They did a great job wrapping pieces to protect them. They worked efficiently using stairs for the 3rd floor move out and into the 2nd floor move in.
