Aiden and his patner showed up and quickly started in on the repairs I needed. Aiden took the time to check with me on the work and made sure that I understood what he was doing. I hired AJ to do a repair on a chipping bath tub finish in my rental property. While he was working on that, I discovered a big plumbing problem with water going everywhere. AJ immediately pivoted to locate the leak source and fix the issue. I feel fortunate that this happened while AJ was on site with tools, skill and knowledge. Wi definitely be hiring him for future work and projects.
I had a lot of questions about the tub finish repair or full re-glazing. He was very detailed and patient in explaining all the aspects of the process and although I requested a quote for full re-glaze job, he said he would examine the tub and finish integrity for whether if needs a full refinish or just a localized repair. He concluded that it needs the less expensive repair and proceeded with that - while he could have easily charged me for a full reglazing job, since I am no expert. I truly appreciated not being up-sold into more extensive work and expense.
