- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the scale and nature of your project, Salish can contract with you by creating a fixed-bid or by estimating time and materials, both of which have their pros and cons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to exchange a few emails or a phone call to help us determine if there's likely a good fit between our services and your project. If things seem promising, I like to look at the project and the site before discussing details or preparing a preliminary estimate. For complex projects, further planning and discussion are commonly needed before getting to a contract.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've enjoyed working with engineers, attorneys, teachers, artists, marketers, and health care providers. The range of ways that clients describe their ideas and communicate is endlessly fascinating and a fertile source for what makes each home and each project unique
