Koi was EXCELLENT in every respect! He was on time. He assessed the issues, explained all options, give me the benefit of his experience and the best way to proceed. He provided a detailed estimate and breakdown of cost and fees. He spent many hours here, gave me updates and finished and cleaned up. He was very pleasant and and pleasure to work with. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 the best possible score, he is at least a 15! Very satisfied with the work and the bill.

Koi remodeled my bathroom shower and was super helpful!! He is very flexible with my schedule and always gives the best customer service! He also helped me with a couple of things, frames, and TV mountings, for my home. I will be using Koi for future services and recommend his services!
