Needed to move location of a light switch and contacted three providers. One despite initial quick response didn’t show up at promised time and stopped responding to my message. One gave a quote online that depends on hours worked. Zenawi was not the first to respond but has been consistent in replying and came at scheduled time to check and gave a fixed quote. He seemed dependable and his quote is in line with the other online quote estimate but has the benefit of being a fixed price. So I decided to hire him. He came today as expected and completed the job timely. He was polite, considerate and professional. I would contact him again if there is need in the future.

Zenawi quickly diagnosed my electrical issue. He explained his diagnostic process and how he determined what the correct fix was. He showed me all of the changes that he made and what future issues could arise based on the wiring in my house. I would hire Zenawi again should another problem occur.
