Zenawi quickly diagnosed my electrical issue. He explained his diagnostic process and how he determined what the correct fix was. He showed me all of the changes that he made and what future issues could arise based on the wiring in my house. I would hire Zenawi again should another problem occur.

If I could give six stars I would. We are preparing to sell our house and ran into some electrical shortcuts by the builder that were confusing looking even to some experienced handymen friends. First reply from Mr Z “I can help you with that.” But we needed help fast, no problem, see you next day between 9am and 1pm. Showed up on time, efficiently handled all 3 problems, excellent quality. Didn’t gauge on price even with such fast response. I have never tipped an Electrician before - today was a first.
