Did great!! He had all the supplies for on the fly changes that needed to be made. I hired him to mount one tv and then even added a second tv when he got here and I l he mounted it with no problem!!

We had a really good experience from start to finish. The scheduling, responsiveness, and upfront clarity regarding the estimated price were great. Right from the beginning, the scheduling assistant asked all the right questions to help us navigate our options and determine exactly what kind of TV mounting setup we actually needed. Our project was particularly challenging, we needed to mount the TV on a stone wall made of uneven, non-smooth stones. Finding the studs was incredibly difficult, and drilling into the stone carried a high risk of ruining the wall if the material wasn't solid enough throughout. Instead of rushing through it, our tech, Voosal, spent a significant amount of time thoroughly evaluating the wall, exploring different approaches, and explaining multiple options alongside their potential risks. We collaborated closely on deciding the next steps together. He made sure we felt completely comfortable and informed before proceeding with the plan. At the end of the day, everything turned out beautifully. The installation is perfect, and there was no damage to the stone wall or the TV.
