FCI transformed my space by replacing dated laminate flooring and carpet with beautiful Adura LVP in both the bedroom and living room. They also installed a unique MCM acoustic panel wall in the bedroom. Huge thanks to Vitalii, Mark, Dave, Harald, and Bogdan for being so helpful throughout the process, communicating well and expediting the installation. I highly recommend them for their professional service, efficiency, and excellent craftsmanship.

The meet and greet at the store was very easy and not pushy. There was a very quick response to come out and assess our project.It took 2 days. Day one was prep: sanding our cement floor that had a crack in it and significantly uneven. Then adding a thin layer of cement to even it out.Day two, the floor was laid. Clean up was immaculate..What a difference a nice floor makes to a room.The project manager came out within days to inspect with me. As he left I was treated with a little Thank you baggie. So unexpected!!Highly recommend this company for your floorings.

Flooring Coverings International provided excellent, knowledgeable service and I could not recommend them more for anyone looking to perform flooring work in the near future.I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with Mark B, Vadik and Andrey-----I was referred to Mark B and Flooring Coverings International by my chiropractor. Mark provided excellent customer service from the very beginning and was very knowledgeable about flooring and catering it to my particular needs and circumstances (recent water intrusion, intention of selling property in the short term). He was able to advise and act as a great sounding board as I debated between laminate and luxury vinyl; I went with luxury vinyl in the end.FCI were incredibly accommodating and flexible during the project. They were able to schedule their work after some major bathroom and kitchen work was being performed around the same by a different contractor, and able to adapt accordingly when unexpected moisture was detected. FCI did not complain when the intended work was delayed by 2 weeks as a remediation solution was carried out in conjunction with a Condominium Homeowners AssociationVadik and Andrey were instrumental in the projects success (on a day to day basis) and the final quality of the work is excellent.
