Very happy with our flooring project. The team helped us removed the old tile, and leveled our old floor with great efficiency and price. Communication was great and project was completed on time and well achieving our expectations!

Mark and Roger provided exceptional and extraordinarily fast customer service. They helped select the right type and color of carpet for our house and had it ordered and installed within 2 weeks. The install team, led by David, was also exceptional. The install was complete in one long day. They were very careful with our freshly painted walls. Quite importantly, moving the furniture was part of the package. Other flooring places told us they absolutely never move any furniture, which is hard to imagine if you want to sell carpet. We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International and are very happy to have used a locally-owned business.

Floor Coverings handled 2 big jobs beautifully at my house. They replaced my wall to wall carpet. The new carpet went in quickly and looks perfect. They also replaced the tile floor in my bathroom, put in a walk in shower and tiled the wall. They were so easy to work with. They listened to all my requests and made adjustments as needed. I got exactly what I wanted. I recommend them highly.

We had a great experience working with Floor Coverings International, who we worked with to re-carpet two stairways. We were able to schedule an estimate in the evening after work, in which they brought a series of samples for us. FCI has the entire range of very high-end to cheaper ones, so we picked one in-between that we loved. We also got waterproof covering for pets and under-cushion to prevent slippage on our stairs. They also gave us the option of fixing a squeaky floor board, which was a great added extra for us. They were even able to work slightly with us on the price.The installers were very nice en left everything clean. We love our newly re- carpeted stairs. Its going to be great for our family for years! I would definitely work with Floor Coverings International again in the future.
