Bret was great! He arrived early and started the inspection process right away. He took the time to walk me through each and every part of the inspection and provided clear and detailed information to help me make a decision in purchasing an older home. Bret did an awesome job explaining and teaching as we went through the house, answered all of the questions in a way that was easy to understand. I learned a lot and appreciate the offer to answer questions in the future as well. I will be recommending Bret and plan on hiring him again if needed!

Bret did an amazing job with the home inspection I scheduled. He was punctual and super professional, not to mention very helpful and thorough in finding the smallest of issues in places I couldn't even have imagined to look at. Bret spent over 2 hours inspecting the 2bed 2bath condo both interior and exterior and had expert knowledge in almost all aspects from electricals to plumbing to structural integrity of the place. I enjoyed working with Bret, and in the 2-hour inspection period I learned a lot fr him. I will highly recommend Bret for home inspection as he provides excellent value for what he does. PS, Hats off to Bret for going above and beyond to deliver the inspection report way before ETA!

Quick response and appointment booked in. Very polite and professional. Thorough report after roof inspection with pictures and summary on actions to be taken. Repaired gutters and most importantly got rid of the crows that had built a nest on my roof. Will hire again and would recommend to others.
