- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not overprice our clients despite the fact that we provide high standard services (see our Cleaning protocol at our web). We are flexible to provide one time discount if our client is in a difficult situation. And we offer lower rates if you became our long trem customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer for a cleaning company would involve several steps. First, the customer would contact the company and provide information about their cleaning needs. Next, the company match requested scope vs Cleanig protocol and make sure we can do these works. Then we provide a quote for the services, including pricing and any additional fees. If the customer agrees to the quote, the company would schedule a date and time for the cleaning to take place. On the scheduled day, the cleaning crew would arrive and perform the services agreed upon. After the cleaning is complete, the customer would inspect the work and provide feedback to the company. Finally, the company would invoice the customer for the services rendered, and payment would be made according to the terms of the agreement.

All employees passed several trainings and education cources and have wide practical background in cleaning.
