FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 25$/hr for regular supplies (windex, lysol products etc) 30$/hr for green (full line of method products) After we dicuss the details of your home I will give you an estimate. The price will be the same as the estimate. The first time might take longer no extra charge. If something extra or special needs to be done no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the client first about the details of their home. What type of cleaning they are looking for. What the schedule expectations are. I can do in home or over the phone consultations. Then give an estiminate. The estiminate is what you will be charged all the time. If more things need to be done, that is part of the job. Everyone needs the inside of the fridge cleaned, inside cabinets and mini blinds cleaned once in a while. Then I like to go into the home and do a deep cleaning. Getting it sparkling the first time you walk in and then it is easier to keep up on. Then if you like me and my style of cleaning the client is assigned a day in my regular rotation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning when I was 13 to earn money to go to bumbershoot. Before moving into the cooking industry which requires a lot more cleaning than reality tv would have you believe. At 28, I took a job with a high end cleaning company. Working directly with the owner with 25 yrs of experience I gained a lot of knowledge about how and what to clean. After 5 years with the company I decided it was time for me to strike out on my own. I am happy the owners taught me so much about how to care for a home properly. Also I received a best business of 2016 from thumbtack.com !!
