Erikas work of quality never fails, shes been cleaning my house for quit a time , ive also been able to recommend her to my friends and will be flexible with the hours, if she cant she always tries to find ways to work around our schedules. The Value of her work is incredible.

Erika is an amazing professional. She comes to our home twice a month for cleaning and I love the home after she’s done. She arrives on time, knows her routine and the order in which I like things. She’s so attentive to our needs and is thoughtful to not disturb if my husband and I are in classes or meetings. She is thorough in her work and I can trust that the house will be sparkling clean when she’s done! She’s wonderful with pets too!

I'd been *really* looking forward to a thorough cleaning of our house. Erika was an 1 hour late due to traffic, but was good about communicating to me. Since she estimated a "deep clean" would take about 3.5-4 hours to complete, we adjusted our schedules to leave the house so she could work without interruptions. 2.5 hrs later she was done! She was already packed up and ready to go when we got home, so I did a very quick inspection, and at first glance everything looked OK -- kitchen, bathroom, carpeted areas. Later my spouse mentioned that there was nothing deep about the cleaning -- many dusty areas, some dirty tables, counter surfaces & sinks, and gritty hardwoods and flooring throughout. Our downstairs bathroom/laundry room wasn't even touched...and it definitely needed a wipe down, at a minimum.
While this definitely did not meet expectations as a "deep clean", Erika did a good job with the basic cleaning tasks, at a very reasonable rate. And thankfully the house is much cleaner than before! With explicit instructions and more time, I'm sure she would do an even more thorough job.

Erika is really wonderful at cleaning. She is quick, and very respectful to anything she touches in the house. She knows what she is doing , she is also on time with cleaning. I can tell she really tríes her best to leave me satisfied and she really does. Her work overall is fantastic.
