- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer will receive a prior estimate of the cleaning value, this estimate is based on information that the customer provides to the platform. Upon arriving at the site, the technician will confirm the estimated value before starting the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For regular cleanings we recommend a deep cleaning for the first cleaning, that way we can bring the house to the standards we maintain in our regular services. All service is pre-checked before technicians start cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are highly trained and have more than 4 years of experience in the area, they have all the equipment and materials to perform the services. All technicians are 100% vaccinated and comply with safety protocols.
