- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services are billed at the regular rate quoted. The next time you book the same service a discount will be applied to final price of your initial quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I like to give detailed descriptions of what they can expect from the service(s) they are paying for. At the end of each service I like for the customer to go over the work to ensure complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes, providing yard work, painting homes, the list goes on. I work off numerous apps and can come heavily recommended from clients across other apps.
