- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I’m figuring out this platform and pricing, I’m definitely open to negotiating. Who doesn’t like a cute discount?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Wanting to know their needs and their budgets. Also would like them to feel comfortable with me, as I will be in there space. I don’t want to feel like a stranger to my clients if I can help it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from the years of following my mother around on Greek row on her cleaning gigs? I worked in catering, which believe it or not there is A LOT of cleaning up to do.
