This was our first time working with cleaners, and we are very happy with the work. The scheduling and communications went smoothly. Stephanie and Estuardo were punctual and pleasant. We liked that they used gentle cleaning products. They even dusted and organized areas I called out that they didn’t need to handle since they were so cluttered. Teffy did a wonderful job today. She was very thorough and cleaned every corner of my house in detail. She did not rush or didn't take too long either. My house smelled great too after she was done. I will have her come again for sure. Definitely recommend her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is forgotten but the quality remains. I have tried that my prices are competitive and that the quality of my services is unique and thus guarantee that what you pay is less than what you receive. I work with discounts when we work with recurring cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have contacted me I make sure I have all your information such as the size of your house, the type of cleaning you are looking for, when you did your last deep cleaning, if you need to clean something additional. This way I can estimate the time it will take to clean and the price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience has given me the best techniques and skills to make my work of the best quality. As I have also tried different equipment and cleaning products to find the best ones.
