- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Meow = $10/cat = (check in 3 times a day = 9 am, 1 pm, 5 pm) $25 2+ cats Woof = $15/dog = (3 walks = 8 am, 12 pm, 3:30 pm) $35 2+ dogs Travel cost = $10/day Pet sitting Meow = $25/day (limit 2 cats) Pet sitting Woof = $35/day (limit 2 dogs)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send a questionnaire for the customer to fill out. Based off the answers to the questionnaire, I will then follow up with a meet and greet and a walk with the customer and their pet which will then determine whether we are a suitable match or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The volunteer experience I've had at Seattle Humane Society, a pet owner for the past 6 years and growing up with dogs since I was three.
