- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small Consultation/Not sure of scope: $90/hour Remodels/New Builds: We charge a fixed fee based on the entire scope of the project. For purchases, we charge our designer trade price plus a 15% product management fee for order management, delivery, and installation. Please contact us to discuss your individual project needs. Room Makeovers: $499 per room Includes: Customized 2D Floorplan Customized 3D Model Complete Shopping List of Furnishings and fixtures
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Remodels/New Builds: Building or remodeling a home comes with hundreds of decisions and details that need to be attended to. Whether you are a builder or homeowner, we have the skill, experience, and style to help you create a truly refined and cohesive home. We collaborate with architects, contractors, trades, and vendors to ensure that our shared vision for your space is realized. We handle the elements that make a house into a home—from functional floor plans to countertop selections. Room Makeovers: Our room makeovers are ideal if you would like our help redesigning a space or spaces within your home. After narrowing in on your ideal style, we will provide you with an expertly crafted 2D Floorplan, a visual mockup of your space with our proposed design plan, and a curated shopping list of items to purchase to implement into your new space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Residential Interior Design at Highline College, in addition to receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Apparel Design and Textiles from Washington State University. I also studied design, styling, and trend forecasting in both London, England and Paris, France at American Intercontinental University. I am also an active member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
