My pricing is fair and transparent. I usually charge a flat rate depending on the type of job, and I always let you know the total cost before starting any work. For small jobs, I have a minimum service fee to cover time and travel. I also offer discounts for multiple tasks booked in the same visit or for repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for a few details or photos of the project. Then I provide a clear estimate, explain the steps involved, and schedule a time that works best for the customer. I always show up on time and make sure the work is done right and clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had hands-on training through years of experience working in home improvement, plus certifications in areas like electrical safety and proper mounting practices. I also keep learning new tools and techniques to stay up to date.
