Gave me a reasonable estimate for all the construction debris I needed to remove from a kitchen re-model...showed up the next day...we added a lot more stuff when he got there...price increased, but again, very reasonable. Needed some mixed trash removed that had been piling up! The guys came at the time specified and hauled everything out in under 5 mins! I’ll continue to use Always Hauling for anything I can’t move myself.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 12x8x4 dump truck that is the equivalent of 7-8 pickup truck loads . We usually charge by the weight and volume of the materials we are hauling . We also factor in Accessibility to the job site .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure to show up the same or next day after our Initial contact with the customer, depending on the time of day . When we show up to give an estimate we are ready to get started on your project then or schedule it at your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent pretty much all my life on various styles of job sites. From cleaning up demolition to cleaning out rentals and remodels. It all goes hand in hand with junk removal.
