I found Jay and team skilled at their work, accurate in their descriptions, pleasant to work with, and did quality work. In one case where we had a miscommunication about a design, they readily adjusted. And, more importantly, used that lesson to be more exacting in our future conversations about design decisions. I couldn't ask any more.

Working with Jay on the design and installation of my front landscaping was awesome. He took my idea and really ran with it, communicating every step of the way. He was on time every day and made the project go quickly. The space went from totally worthless to a full on sanctuary and I'm so grateful.

They built my porch, my deck, and convinced me to make a deck extension. My father agreed with me that the quality of work was impressive and my dad is difficult man to impress. My wife works at home and made a side comment saying that they worked hard and non-stop.

Very friendly and easy to work with! I had an idea of what I wanted my yard to look like, but couldn’t quite come up with a realistic sketch myself. Jay was able to quickly come up with a plan that incorporated everything that I wanted. The plan was complete with detailed measurements and assessments. He asked for my input each step of the way to ensure that things were the way I wanted them to be and things were done in a timely manner. designtheory has been a pleasure to work with and I’m grateful to them for turning my front yard into a lovely space where I can spend time with family and friends!
