I only had the pleasure of working with Kathryn a few times, and I wish I could have so much more before she left WA state. Her makeup artistry skills aren't cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all by any means - her knowledge and appreciation for complexion type, tone and texture, hair and eye color, and bone structure suggest that she has been in the biz her whole life! She will even explain what she's doing and why, to help her clients gain understanding of what his/her makeup will look like in photos and how to recreate the look at home. This rings true for her talents with hair as well. Her curls and rolls are not only gorgeous but sturdy and long-lasting (trust me you'll want to keep your style as long as possible)! Not only is she great, but also very fast, which means less time in the chair and more time shooting or doing whatever it is that you got all dolled-up (or Dollface-d up?!) for. ;) Her talent is matched by her love for what she does, which is apparent from the moment you meet her. Her passion is inspiring, and her bubbly personality is infectious! Let me start off by saying, whatever you're looking for MUAH wise - Kathryn is the one you NEED. I had the pleasure of having Kathryn work her Magic on one of the most important days of my life. She flew from Washington state all the way to Georgia to provide her services. Not only did she do outstanding MUAH she also was incredibly professional and sweet. I've never felt as beautiful or confident as the day she dolled me up for my vintage 1950's wedding to my best friend. In addition, I'd like to point out Kathryn has impeccable time management skills when it comes to large parties - for my wedding she not only did my hair and make up, but also my entire bridal parties. I could not have been a more satisfied client. Now that she is permanently here in Georgia I'm looking forward to working with her again for ANY and ALL events. I highly recommend Kathryn Nehring.

Kathryn is the best hands down. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She made sure I was hydrated. She always had a beautiful smile while doing my hair and makeup. She really goes above and beyond her job description. I felt like a Queen for a day. When I seen myself in the mirror I cried. Kathryn did that for me. Her level of professionalism surpasses any hair or makeup artist I have personally worked with.

I work in vocal entertainment and needed to be gorgeous for my companies Cinco De Mayo celebration. Kathryn saw me in her home late the night before and expertly put rollers in my hair. She came to my home to following afternoon and created magic. She has the perfect eye and sass to crate any look you need; classy pin-up, punky rockabilly, modern beauty special occasions. I did not use her makeup services this time but have in the past for Halloween special effects. She self educates to continue expanding her capabilities, you went be disappointed!
