Flux & Flow Bodywork

I am a Medical Intuitive, Channel and Hands-On Healer. I’ve been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2016, training in various modalities of Bodywork and Energywork since 2014. I’m captivated with the fascial system which dynamically affects muscles, nerves, organs and everything in the body. I sense the entire body in a multidimensional, connected way, using Myofascial/Energy techniques to help relieve muscular and neural tension, even scar tissue. I use your body's rhythm (going as deep as your body allows without your tissue fighting back) to foster deep relaxation and healing in each person I work with, paying attention to subtle cues of the body and crafting treatment unique to each individual. As we get the body to relax and come out of "Fight or Flight" the interconnectedness of Body/Mind/Energy/Spirit become apparent as physical change brings forward a shift in thinking, emotions and energy that we are just beginning to discover. I see the potential for radical change in everyone I work with.
