I am certified in mold inspecting from the top two orgs: MICRO and InterNACHI. I have a deep technical understanding of not just how to find mold, but finding the root cause.

Residential customers of all types. I can help inspect or consult on any mold related job.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently inspected a house of a new mother. There was no visible mold present, which most mold inspectors would consider sufficient. I noticed an elevated moisture reading in the ceiling underneath her master bedroom and decided to air sample. The air came back with a large presence of mold spores which would not be ideal for her newborn baby.
