- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are hourly and based on the size of your specific move. After the hourly minimum is met, the time is prorated in 15 minute increments. The clock will start when the movers begin working at the 1st pick up location. The number of movers & trucks will determine the hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a quick and easy process so that you can book your move quickly and easily! We will ask you just a few simple questions regarding your move so we can determine what size crew will be best for your move. Next, we collect your contact information and pick up and drop off address. Then, your part is complete! There is no deposit to reserve a spot on the schedule and no fee to cancel or change dates. We show up on the day of the move and take care of the rest!
