- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do In-Home massage therapy my rates are, $120 for a 60 minute massage, $150 for 90 minutes and $200 for a 2 hour massage. I accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo as forms of payment, unfortunately I do not accept debit or credit cards at this time due to the processing fees the processing companies charge. I don’t accept insurance and I can not provide an invoice for your insurance company at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make them feel comfortable and communication never want someone to feel uncomfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of hands on experience as well as one year of school (the standard is 6 months in WA) my school was longer because it offered an additional medical massage 6 month training to become specialized in that area.
