We help our clients nourish their bodies and promote and encourage body image acceptance. We begin with a complete nutrition and medical history and based on your goals and lifestyle, create a realistic and individualized plan. What works for one client may not work for another, and designing a plan that serves your unique needs is essential. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to look for a provider that is certified by the State of Washington. There are many "nutritionists" that lack appropriate training to give sound science-based nutritional advice.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That nutritionist visits are covered by most insurance plans! You may have 4 visits per year or unlimited visits up to your maximum medical nutrition therapy or prevention and wellness benefit limit.
