- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of furniture, the number of pieces, and the time required for proper assembly. We focus on providing fair and transparent pricing for quality work. Every project is completed carefully, following manufacturer instructions to make sure the furniture is safe, stable, and properly installed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by learning about the furniture that needs to be assembled. Once we understand the project, we schedule a convenient time for the service. On the day of the appointment, we arrive prepared with the tools needed to complete the assembly. Each piece is assembled step by step following the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure a clean and professional finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from more than five years of hands-on furniture assembly work. During this time we have assembled many types of furniture and learned the correct techniques for safe and stable installation. This experience allows us to handle different brands and designs while maintaining careful attention to detail.
