Nola and her staff just did the catering for mine and my husband's wedding. From the first correspondence with Alie, everything was well thought out and they even handled all of our rentals. We requested a plated dinner for 80 guests and Nola and her team delivered perfection in the execution of serving our guests. We chose a Thai theme of flavors and the pork tenderloin was delicious. Her staff was friendly and very accommodating through our 5 hour event. If you want a caterer to execute your vision, I would definitely pick Nola's. Thank you Nola and her team! Kevin & Jeff

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your expertise in Catering for our Wedding Reception on May 19th 2018! It went absolutely beautifully, down to the littlest details. The food was fabulous and the presentation stunning, matching exactly our vision for the Reception. Nola catered our family-style wedding banquet with such flare and grace, we and our guests were in complete awe all through the meal. The food itself was phenomenally delicious; every bite was worth savoring. From her friendly, direct demeanor, to the cheerful staff, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. She pulled off the event with a comfortable elegance and practiced hand that fit our personal style just perfectly. Among many other notably considerate things, she even worked around the summer heat, keeping our individually-sized cakes out of the sun, and made sure iced beverages were available in ample quantities. Our guests still rave about her, and we can't help but agree. Even "behind the scenes," her prices were reasonable, and her estimates thorough. She was also very accommodating of our guests' serious food allergies when creating the menu. We are so appreciative of everything she did for us both before and after the event, and we look very much forward to having her at our next soiree!

Nola and her staff did such a fantastic job catering our wedding. From helping us plan to menu, providing a delicious tasting, answering questions about logistics and dietary restrictions, and providing stellar food and customer service to the day of the wedding, Nola and her team went above and beyond to make our day special. Our main entrée was fig balsamic glazed wild BBQ salmon with mango kiwi salsa. I wish I could make something this delicious myself, because it was amazing. Our salad consisted of organic mixed greens with julienned apple, shaved fennel, herbed crouton, and a really light but creamy bleu cheese dressing. They even made a separate salad with a different dressing for our dairy-free guests. The guest (and groom’s) favorite was our side: Beecher’s mac and cheese. So good! It was very stormy the day of our wedding, and a lot of things went wrong for us. Nola and her team went beyond the call of duty and helped out where they shouldn’t have needed to. They kept an incredibly positive attitude the entire time, conversed with guests, and helped reassure an incredibly stressed-out bride. The only complaint I heard from any guests was the portion-control at the buffet, but with a buffet we personally feel that was probably necessary. I had been concerned that people would take more than their fair share and leave guests at the end of the line with no food, and I’m sure that was the whole reason for starting out with smaller portions. I also heard that guests were invited to come back for seconds once everybody had been served, so I’m sure everyone got enough food. Overall, we were more than satisfied with Nola, her team, and the food. The food was everything we had hoped for, and the service was outstanding. We recommend them to anybody planning a wedding or other event.

I always loved cookbooks as a child and would take them to bed to read at night - I still have my first cookbook that I got from sending in box tops from cereal.
