- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here’s a clear, professional way you can describe your typical process for working with a new customer — it shows organization, transparency, and professionalism: Typical Process for New Customers - Initial Contact & Inquiry - I review the client’s request and clarify the scope of service (process serving, notarization, skip tracing, etc.). - I confirm deadlines, court requirements, and any special circumstances. - Quote & Agreement - I provide a flat‑rate quote based on the service requested. - Once the quote is agreed upon, the service is scheduled and time is reserved exclusively for the client. - My terms of service (including cancellation policy) are shared upfront for transparency. - Preparation - I gather all necessary documents and confirm addresses or contact details. - For process serving, I prepare affidavits/declarations in advance to ensure filings are court‑ready. - For notary services, I verify ID requirements and compliance standards. - Execution of Service - I complete the service as scheduled, documenting each step carefully. - In cases of refusal or difficult service attempts, I record events neutrally and in compliance with court standards. - Completion & Documentation - I provide the client with completed affidavits, declarations, or notarized documents. - I ensure all materials are formatted for court filing and delivered promptly. - Follow‑Up - I check in to confirm the client’s needs were met. - Repeat clients may receive discretionary discounts as part of my loyalty policy.
