- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rates, and offer discounts for repeat clients. Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service fee. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to honor time reserved for your appointment. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at our sole discretion.
