I have over 18 years experience as chef/owner of 611 Supreme restaurant/lounge in Seattle. My background is primarily French cuisine with Italian and Mediterranean influences. I'm interested and pursue learning and preparing all types of cuisine.
I'm experienced in all facets involved in restaurant and bar operations. Since the sale of 611 last June, I have been focusing on providing in-home customized wine and food preparations and pairings for small parties and events.

Margaret was super proactive and willing to help with things she saw that needed doing. We were very happy with how she interacted with guests and helped facilitate a good event.
I only wish she hadn't opened so many bottles of wine, when they weren't needed, and reduced the number of sealed bottled that we could have otherwise returned to lessen the event expenses.
I would hire her again . . .
