Chef came and cooked for our bbq party and everyone raved about the taste of his food from chicken skewers to mini sliders and more. Several people asked for his information to be able to hire him. Very delicious.

Chef Danois made my grandfather’s 90th birthday party for 40 guests truly unforgettable! Their top-notch service was seamless, attentive, and professional, ensuring every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely phenomenal—all the dishes were incredibly flavorful and presented beautifully. They tailored the menu to our needs, accommodating everyone in my family effortlessly. He is by far my favorite chef to hire. His attention to flavor profile is perfection. I admit I am a difficult person to please. I have been so dissatisfied at the best restaurants but this chef simply has the “it” factor. I never have to adjust my food after he has prepared it. I highly recommend his expertise if you’re wanting your event done right, the first time. A pleasurable experience to say the least.

Chef Danois mastery of Puerto Rican cuisine shines brilliantly. Each bite bursts with bold garlic and spice, a testament to the chef’s careful seasoning and respect for tradition. We have tried the mofongo, pernil and whole roasted pig, and they are excellent.
