FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because no two homes, families, or businesses are alike, pricing is customized to fit your specific project. Factors such as the size of the space, level of organization needed, and number of team members required all impact the estimate. The best next step is to schedule a free 15-minute virtual consultation so we can discuss your goals and provide a personalized recommendation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make getting organized feel simple and approachable: 1. Complimentary 15-Minute Virtual Consultation We start with a free virtual consultation to discuss your goals, challenges, timeline, and the spaces you'd like to improve. This helps determine whether we're a good fit and gives you an opportunity to ask questions. 2. 1-Hour In-Home Consultation ($175) Next, we'll meet in your home for a detailed assessment of the space. During this visit, I'll learn how your household functions, identify pain points, take measurements if needed, and discuss potential organizing systems and storage solutions. The consultation fee is credited back to your final invoice when you move forward with services. 3. Written Proposal & Estimate Following the consultation, I'll provide a written estimate outlining the recommended scope of work, projected hours, and pricing. Once you're ready to move forward, 50% of the estimated project fee is due at booking to reserve your organizing sessions. 4. Organizing Sessions We'll schedule your organizing sessions based on your goals and availability. I work in minimum 3-hour blocks, which allows us to make meaningful progress and create lasting systems. Depending on the project, we may work side-by-side or I may work independently after learning your preferences. 5. Enjoy Your Organized Space My goal is to create functional, sustainable systems that support the way you actually live, making it easier to maintain your space long after our sessions are complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been organizing naturally my entire life, but I also completed professional training and certification through 2B Organized in Springfield, Missouri. I bring a strong professional background to this work, including a bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management and over 20 years of experience in retail merchandising, where I created efficient systems, managed complex behind-the-scenes organization, and led teams of 25+ within Fortune 500 companies like Target and Amazon. At the heart of my work is what I’ve always done best: bringing order to chaos and relief to overwhelm. I combine practical systems, thoughtful space planning, and a calm, supportive approach to help clients create homes and businesses that function better for real life.
