- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly, with pricing reflecting the systems-first approach — not just decluttering, but building a space that stays organized long-term. Phone and video consultations are free. In-person consultations are billed at my hourly rate, which is credited back to your total if you hire me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some clients start with a consultation to map out a plan; others already know what they need and book the session directly. Either way, once we're in, I zone the space, build out categories, and set up storage systems designed to last — not just look good on day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed real estate agent, which gives me a working knowledge of space function, staging, and what actually moves a property — useful whether you're organizing to live better or to sell.
