I hired Ms. Dongni Ou at the last minute on the day my movers were scheduled to arrive. I needed help within an hour, and she came through. She was friendly, kind, and worked quickly. In about an hour, she packed my entire large closet, then helped pack additional items in my bathroom. Her prices are fair, and the whole experience was excellent. I highly recommend her!

I charge hourly, with pricing reflecting the systems-first approach — not just decluttering, but building a space that stays organized long-term. Phone and video consultations are free. In-person consultations are billed at my hourly rate, which is credited back to your total if you hire me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some clients start with a consultation to map out a plan; others already know what they need and book the session directly. Either way, once we're in, I zone the space, build out categories, and set up storage systems designed to last — not just look good on day one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed real estate agent, which gives me a working knowledge of space function, staging, and what actually moves a property — useful whether you're organizing to live better or to sell.
