I don't even know where to start. Actually, yes I do: hire Poly immediately. Here's the deal. Our house was a disaster. Not like "oh we have a junk drawer" disaster (years of accumulated stuff across every room, closet, and surface). Two working parents, kids, a dog, and zero time to deal with any of it. It was honestly a little embarrassing to let someone into that situation. Poly made it very not embarrassing. Not even a little. From the very first visit she was respectful, thoughtful, and professional but also just genuinely fun to have around. She came in, assessed the chaos, and got to work without any judgment. And when I say "got to work," she and her assistant knocked out our entire kitchen (pantry, cabinets, fridge, all of it) in one day. Then moved to my office, which was basically a graveyard of cables, old monitors, and papers from the otts. She organized everything into categories, labeled bins, hung guitars on the wall, and somehow made it look like a room where a functional adult works. The system she uses is smart. She sorts everything (keep, toss, donate, ask us) and she's not afraid to be honest about what should probably go. Which is exactly what we needed. She set up a staging area for donations and let us do a final pass before anything left the house. Her care and communication engender an insane amount of trust. A few things that really stand out: -She sends you a materials list ahead of time so everything's ready when she arrives. -She sends photos of the finished work. -She checks in throughout the day. -She's flexible when schedules shift. -She also scoped out other rooms while she was working so she could plan ahead for future visits. -She's thinking about the whole project, not just clocking hours. Poly is the best money we've spent on our home in years. Maybe ever. She's turned rooms that gave us anxiety into spaces that make us feel good to walk into. My wife loved the results. I loved the results. If your house needs help, whether it's one closet or the whole damn hosue, do yourself a favor and book Poly. You won't regret it.

My goodness, the change Polly and her assistant made in our garage was amazing and I wish I'd have known about her a decade ago. Now I can think of so many areas of our home that could use this attention to detail. Polly is very detailed and pulled me in for decision making when needed.
