We help transform cluttered spaces into functional, organized environments that support your daily routine. Services include: • Home organization (closets, kitchens, pantries, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, garages, and more) • Office and workspace organization • Packing and unpacking for residential moves • Downsizing and storage organization • Seasonal organization and home transitions • Decluttering support and donation organization What’s included: • Hands-on organizing • Personalized organizing systems • Product recommendations and shopping lists • Guidance throughout the decluttering process • Judgment-free and confidential service Organizing Rates & Policies: • $35/hour • $50 non-refundable booking fee required to secure your date (applied toward your final invoice) • In-person consultations available for $50 • Organizing products are not included and will be recommended based on your space and needs ⸻ PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES We also offer residential cleaning services through our professional cleaning team. Services are customized based on the size, condition, and specific needs of your home. Cleaning Services Include: • Standard Cleaning • Deep Cleaning • Weekly & Bi-Weekly Recurring Cleaning • Move-In Cleaning • Move-Out Cleaning • Post-Construction Cleaning Cleaning Rates: • Standard Cleaning: Pricing varies based on the home and scope of work. Please contact us for a customized quote. • First-Time Deep Cleaning: Higher than standard cleaning due to the additional time and detail required. • Weekly Cleaning: Discounted rate compared to bi-weekly service. • Bi-Weekly Cleaning: Custom quote based on your home and needs. • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: $100/hour. Most projects take approximately 5–8 hours. • Post-Construction Cleaning: $120/hour. Additional Services: • Handyman services available upon request and quoted separately.
