I am driven by a desire to change the culture of the fitness industry and redefine what a personal trainer should be.
As a lifelong athlete, I have competed in track, football, diving, and tumbling. This diverse athletic background shapes my approach and fuels my commitment to helping others unlock their full potential.
My main niche is speed development and athletic performance, but I am also highly skilled in developing strength, especially with female clients. I place a strong emphasis on how an individual executes movement. My methods may be unorthodox, but they empower you to truly OWN your movement—rather than letting movement own you. I also believe fitness should be enjoyable, and I strive to make every session both effective and fun.
To bridge the gap between in-person and online training, I offer a single, comprehensive online platform that centralizes your workouts, nutrition tracking, progress reporting, and communication—all in one place. This ensures you receive seamless, high-quality support whether you train with me in person, remotely, or through a hybrid approach.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, and have accumulated over 1,000 hours in a variety of settings, including physical therapy clinics, athletic training centers, and hospitals for cardiac rehab. I currently hold multiple certifications from national organizations in sports performance, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching.
