Introduction: I graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and went on to get certified as a Strength and Conditioning specialist. For the past four years I have been training clients one on one and small groups classes. My expertise is not only strength and muscle growth, but also nutrition and goal setting. I want the best results possible for my clients and I’ve found that creating strong goals along with a long lasting relationship allow for the best results. I had Andrew Piccin as a trainer and he did a great job! I was looking for someone to give me weight lifting advice and to push me workout, and he did just that. He's very knowledgable about all the muscles that go into deadlifting, squatting, benching, etc. and will help you maintain proper form. Also a very easy going guy. A+

    My pricing is fair and competitive. Intro sessions are discounted and referrals will be rewarded with free sessions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    With new clients I spend about 1-2 sessions mapping out their goals, analyzing form and movement patterns, fixing movement issues, and creating a program that meets their needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelors in Exercise Science with a concentration in Physical Therapy. In conjunction with training, I worked in a PT clinic for two years, which has given me a strong background in injury prevention.
