Andrew is quite personable and I've enjoyed working with him! Would recommend.Jan 10, 2020
Not only is Andrew a great motivator, he is also extremely knowledgeable about the science and mechanics of weight-lifting. I feel very comfortable knowing that I won’t get injured and practicing correct form. Andrew is great for anyone - from beginners learning weight-room etiquette to advanced lifters who need an extra boost in their routine.Jan 10, 2020
I've been working with Andrew for almost a year now. He is one of the most knowledgeable, patient and friendly trainers! He has a strategic training approach and is always encouraging to do better.Jan 13, 2020
Andrew has been an excellent trainer! Every training session he closely looked at my form and gave me specific advice to how to improve, including which muscles should be activated, and how a correctly performed lift should feel. He also gave me specific advice on stretching exercises that I should do at home to improve my flexibility. He keeps me accountable each session and encourages me to keep pushing. I had managed to improve from being completely new to lifting and unable to do anything to doing 10 floor pushups with his training sessions and advice he gave me, something that I never thought could be done. Overall, I would highly recommend Andrew as a trainer.Jan 10, 2020
I had Andrew Piccin as a trainer and he did a great job! I was looking for someone to give me weight lifting advice and to push me workout, and he did just that. He's very knowledgable about all the muscles that go into deadlifting, squatting, benching, etc. and will help you maintain proper form. Also a very easy going guy. A+Jan 26, 2020
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is fair and competitive. Intro sessions are discounted and referrals will be rewarded with free sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? With new clients I spend about 1-2 sessions mapping out their goals, analyzing form and movement patterns, fixing movement issues, and creating a program that meets their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelors in Exercise Science with a concentration in Physical Therapy. In conjunction with training, I worked in a PT clinic for two years, which has given me a strong background in injury prevention.
