I have been a client of Adnan's for the past 8 months and have truly enjoyed all my training sessions!! During the peak of Covid, Adnan was so flexible and offered to train me in any public park of my choice in the Seattle area so we could be outdoors. Adnan now trains me in his private gym space which is perfect! We have a variety of equipment and he also ensures we do plenty of agility training for body fat weight loss through Tabata drills which are challenging but very effective! He is extremely flexible with my schedule and unexpected date/time changes. When I want to focus on a certain body area, he tailors the workouts to my preferences. I have seen a huge positive change in my body through the time I have been working out with him and will continue to do so! I was introduced to Adnan when I first moved to Seattle in the beginning of 2017. I trained with him for over 1.5 years and I have been super appreciative for all of his knowledge, dedication, and motivation. Adnan teaches you how to lift properly with good form, constantly observing you to make sure that the proper techniques are being followed. Having worked with other trainers in the past, Adnan is one of the best - he is detailed focused, personable, friendly, and technically strong. After each workout, I feel great, but never feel hurt from the session because Adnan is focused on ensuring that the form and techniques are strong. I also appreciate Adnan's dedication to both health and fitness. He motivates you to follow healthy eating that is sustainable for the rest of your life.
