One of our fitness trainers comes to your home; office; apartment/community gym; favorite park; hiking trail; and even the beach! Our in-home personal trainers personalize workouts that are catered to our client's fitness inquiries. Svetness in-home personal trainers believe that either being busy or physically unable to go to the gym should not keep you from living the healthiest lifestyle possible. That is why in addition to our training services we offer all of our clients a complimentary meal plan developed by our certified nutritionist on staff. All of our in-home personal trainers are certified, background checked and insured through the company! Just so you know - You do not need any equipment at your home or office to get a great workout with your personal trainer.

He is passionate about helping people attain their goals. He shows up on time & creates a useful session every time. I have had a wonderful experience with Svetness. Signing up for the service was quick and easy. The person I spoke to over the phone was friendly and knowledgable. I think their pricing is very reasonable, especially since your trainer can come to your home. The trainer that was assigned to me has been great. He really knows how to help me achieve my fitness goals and always pushes me to perform my best. I would definitely recommend Svetness!

I belonged to a gym for years and liked it fine—my gym’s resources and trainers are exceptional—then Covid hit! Due to an underlying condition + age I did not want to go back to exercise in public spaces yet. I wanted to utilize my home spaces to exercise but did not have the initiative to do so. 😬😐 So I researched online for home trainers. I found this company, Svetness, and was wary at first—I’m the type of client that needs proof of quality work/service to feel confident in my choice. I’m so happy with Svetness and my trainer. No hard selling of services or commitments which shows me they are there to help clients as well as make money. Svetness procured my trainer in a couple days and I asked for a female since I am female. She reached out to me and I’m meeting provided her resume (my request). Wow! Impressive! She is here on time and utilized my time well. She is so knowledgeable about physiology and knows HOW to teach the exercises. My anxiety and embarrassment about being out of shape disappeared in a half hour! I’m so inspired to get back on the road to exercising!

Brian is great! always on time, keeps things interesting with different exercises to get the full body training, and has a great attitude and professionalism. He listened to the specific needs and goals, and has set up a training programme that responds to that. He shows up on time and brings a great attitude. The whole team have been wonderfully responsive and helpful as I set up some training sessions.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All the sessions are 1 full hour. Rates are between $70-$90 per hour, dependent upon the program that the client chooses. Each month we have specials and promos for that specific time of year. Please contact us for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step we will do a FREE fitness consultations for the clients. to get the right informtation gathered and then we will match the right trainer. it is very quick and simple. please contact us to book your FREE fitness consultation.

Our trainers are mostly nationally certified through either one of below: NASM, ACE, ISSA, NCSF, ACSM,NSCA
