- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a phone conference or preferably a meet & greet so the customer (both human and animal) can meet me and get to know memeI encourage them to ask any and all questions they may have. And I also ask questions, about the house, the animals, their travel itinerary, etc. I prefer to have the meet and greet at the client's house get to know the home and so that the client can show me where everything I need to care for their furbabies is kept. But, sometimes the client is more comfortable meeting at a park first, before going to their home, and that is perfectly fine by me!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have dog first aid and CPR training. As well as experience breaking up dog fights, because unfortunately, sometimes the worst happens, comes with the territory when working with animals.
