- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fixed at $30 for new students. Payment is expected for each lesson at the time of scheduling. If I must travel to the student there is a $10 expense fee. All requested music purchases are funded by student. (No Mark Up) All extra accompanists are paid for by the student. Accompanists fees are set by the accompanists and are non-negotiable. Last minute cancellations will be rescheduled 1 time. If missed again the lesson is non-refundable. Lessons cancelled 3 days in advance are Fully refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish the students goals by phone or email. Discern the students learning style. We schedule an introductory lesson to determine teacher-student compatibility. Schedule future lessons!

5 years with the Rainier Valley Cultural Center Youth Theater as a cast member (musical theater) Bachelors of the Arts from Cornish College of the Arts (Jazz Vocals) Lead singer for several bands over the years Recording backing vocals Dictating melodies by ear Produced shows for other artist and myself Stage crew for lighting and sound at Poncho Theater and the Cornish Playhouse
