We are so grateful for the work Andy did with our piano. We moved from another state with our upright and have intended on having it maitenced for years. We had a need to have it tuned with very short notice and Andy was able to service the piano with a pitch lift and offered us valuable insight on our instrument and how to care for it. Her work is excellent. She spent 3 hours tuning a 67-year-old spinet piano that had possibly NEVER been tuned before. She took it apart, cleaned it, worked with every key, carefully and painstakingly bringing it up to speed. There is one key that won't hold tension, and she said she'll check with her mentors and see what's the best way to fix it when she comes back for a second tune-up in 3 to 4 months. Her work quality was superb, and she was professional and punctual. Excellent value. You might find someone cheaper, but you won't find anyone more skilled.
