I have been working with Beth for several months now. She was the reason I took pilates back up. I used to live in Florida where I took reformer pilates for over a year - 3-4 times per week. As I called around West Seattle, I learned most places didnt offer what I needed (a group session to help with the cost). She was the only person who allowed me to take group sessions. As time progressed, I learned how amazing she was as a trainer. Her ability to cross train helped me to get myself back in gear to training success. I owe everything to Beth. She is one of the best instructors I have had in my pilates life. I will follow her to become an instructor myself. I would recommend her to anyone.

Beth has been amazing. She has created workouts that are individualized as well as varied. I did not want a routine that was pedictable and boring. She keeps it interesting while adding new props, movements and levels to each class. She is intuned to my strengths and weaknesses and figures out ways to incorporate appropriate Pilates instruction to maximize results and flexibility. I look forward to my classes with her. Compliance is what fitness is all about and it is not a problem to commit to her classes. Yay Beth!!!!!

Beth Rocks! She's fun and patient, and she can modify most excercises to suit your bodies requirements. I have bad knees from track and she always comes up with a great work around! Plus she always picks really good music!

This is the very first "exercise" class that I look forward to. I have been going to Pilates 2x a week since Memorial Day and have seen a significant change in my 59 year old body! Beth is a fantastic instructor and really focuses on form to obtain the best results. I love the private instructions and the fun and interesting people in the group class.

    Pilates is a learning process. Learning your own body. Learning how to breathe. Performing movement in a specific way that is the best way for your body. Be sure you're learning something with your lessons. Self-knowledge, awareness, breath. The skills of your instructor will become evident if you know that Pilates isn't a "going through the motions" kind of workout before you start!
